Women's Health Initiative - Primary Health Care Centers of Dade - Dade County 

Serves women in Dade and Walker counties - will serve women in contiguous counties of Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama - focus on clinical breast exams, on-site mammograms - serves low-income, uninsured 35+ years old.

The BeST for Tennessee Women Project - Hamilton County Health Department - Bledsoe, Bradley, and Polk counties

Serves women in Bledsoe, Bradley, and Polk counties - focus on serving 250 women with clinical breast exams and referrals for mammograms - serves women ages 50-64 who are below 250% of the federal poverty level - women diagnosed are enrolled in TennCare to receive treatment.

Mobile Access to Mammograms - Memorial Healthcare - Northwest Georgia counties, Southeast Tennessee counties

Serves women and men in Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee - takes breast screenings on the road - provides access to digital mammography on site in rural counties - focus on screening and diagnostic mammograms, referrals for diagnostic services, referrals to appropriate services for treatment - serves women 40 and older, insured, underinsured, or uninsured.

Breast Health Day - Memorial Healthcare - Metro Hamilton County

Serves women and men in Metro Hamilton areas - focus on breast health education, clinical breast exams, digital mammograms, diagnostic testing, and referral to appropriate services for treatment - serves women who are critically under-served - serves East Indians, Spanish, and African Americans - also serves persons living in homeless shelters.

Promotoras de Salud Breast Cancer Program - Northwest Georgia Healthcare Partnership - Whitfield and Murray counties

Serves Latino women - provides bilingual and culturally competent service to indigent Latino women - focus on breast health education, case management, patient navigation, mammograms, and other diagnostic screenings and treatments - serves medically uninsured women.

Lymphedema Treatment Assistance - Memorial Healthcare - Northwest Georgia counties, Southeast Tennessee counties

Serves women and men in Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee - focus on educational material, access to compression garments and custom fitted sleeves - serves women whose insurance does not cover garments.

Breast Health Outreach Program - Erlanger System/UT College of Medicine - Northwest Georgia counties, Southeast Tennessee counties

serves women and men in Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee - focus on breast health education, patient navigation, referrals to appropriate services for treatment, financial assistance planning - serves uninsured and underinsured women over 35 years old with an emphasis on Hispanics, African-Americans, and Caucasians.

Breast Cancer Emergency Fund - Breast Cancer Network of Strength - Northwest Georgia counties, Southeast Tennessee counties

Serves women and men in Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee - focus on providing breast health education, peer support, community support - serves women currently undergoing chemotherapy radiation or had recent surgery - provides up to $850 for utilities, rent, mortgage, or transportation.
